CEX - The X-Plan Group New Classification

CLOSE ENCOUNTERS

The X-Plan Group has conceived a new classification for the Close Encounters (CE), which takes from the common base of Hynek's first classification, but differs from it due to the most recent information collected on the Exobiology and Exopolitics subjects. Specifically, from level III our focus of the sightings shifts from the craft to the EBE (Extraterrestrial Biological Entity) which might be involved on Earth's ground.
Our CEX classification has five levels of encounter:

CEX-I (Sighting of Unidentified Flying Objects airborne, at a great distance), it is the most classic of sightings and also, the most difficult to verify.

CEX-II (Sighting of Unidentified Flying Objects airborne, at a close distance, whose presence affects or modifies the environment, the climate, the EM fields, ground devices, and the psycho-physical status of the witness(es)).
